The AGVE Group has received an order for an AGV-system including 16 A8 FLC for UPM in Germany.

UPM Group operations include Biorefining, Energy, Forestry, Pulp, Paper and Plywood production
and sales

The UPM Group achieved sales of EUR 10.5B in 2018 and had 19,000 employees in operations in
Finland, Germany, Great Britain, France, Austria, China and the United States.

Delivery will start during the third quarter of 2019

The AGVE Group has received an order for an AGV-system including two large tailored AGV’s with
load capacity of 7 ton for KCFT in South Korea.

KCFT of South Korea manufactures copper foil and thin film copper. They supply 6㎛ and 5㎛ products
and are pioneering thinner products as the Global Number 1 Thin-Tech inovator.

KCFT was spun off from LS Mtron’s copper foil and thin film(FCCL) business in March, 2018.

The AGVE Group has received an order for an A4 FLC vehicle AGV-system from Belimo in the US.

Belimo is global market leader in the development, production and marketing of actuator solutions
for controlling heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Actuators, control valves and
sensors make up the company’s core business.

The Belimo Group reached a sales of CHF 533.7 mill 2016 and had 1440 employed in more than 80
countries

Delivery will take place during the second quarter of 2019

The AGVE Group has received an order for an AGV-system including two A2 FLC from Essity in the
Benelux.

Essity is a leading global player in personal care, makes and markets a wide range of professional
hygene products and is the world’s second largest supplier of consumer tissue.

USA.

AGVE has received an order to extend a 2 vehicle AGV system with two more A6 FLC from Swisslog.

Swisslog is a global supplier of integrated logistics and automated solutions for warehouses,
distribution centers and healthcare facilities with an annual turnover of about M€ 550 (2014, now
part of Kuka) and has about 2500 people working in the group.

The end customer is an international bank.

from Sundolit (Part of the Sunde Group) in Sweden.

The Sunde Group’s product range consists of EPS raw material, thermal insulation solutions for
construction and food packaging, and protective packaging for electronic and consumer goods.

The Sunde Group achieved sales of NOK 13B (EUR 1.37B) in 2017 and has 7400 employees working in
a number of countries.
