AGVE has received an order to extend a 16 vehicle AGV system with 8 more A10 SL from Swisslog.

Swisslog is a global supplier of integrated logistics and automated solutions for warehouses,
distribution centers and healthcare facilities with an annual turnover of about M€ 550 (2014, now
part of Kuka) and has about 2500 people working in the group.

The end customer is a world leading player within the pharmaceutical industry.

Delivery will start during the first quarter of 2019

Hilton Foods

The AGVE Group has received an order for an AGV-system including two A10 clamp vehicle from
Hilton Foods in Australia.

Hilton Foods Group plc is the leading specialist international food packing business supplying major
international retailers from state-of-the-art facilities.

The Hilton Foods Group achieved sales of £1.36B in 2017 and employs more than 3600 employees
with operating facilities in nine countries throughout the world.

Delivery will start during the first quarter of 2019

Sundolit

The AGVE Group has received an order for an AGV-system including a large tailored clamp vehicle
from Sundolit (Part of the Sunde Group) in Sweden.

The Sunde Group’s product range consists of EPS raw material, thermal insulation solutions for
construction and food packaging, and protective packaging for electronic and consumer goods.

The Sunde Group achieved sales of NOK 13B (EUR 1.37B) in 2017 and has 7400 employees working in
a number of countries.

Delivery will start during the first quarter of 2019

CPM (Lamborghini) Line-feeding

The AGVE Group has received an order for one additional Line-feed AGVs to support the 42-vehicle
large and tailored AGV’s from CPM. The installation will be part of the CPM production line system at
Lamborghini.

CPM started in business in 1967 in the industrial equipment field. Initially concentrating on supplying
manufacturing material handling systems, CPM is now a turn-key supplier of final assembly systems
for the automotive industry. Since 1999, CPM have been part of the Dürr group that mainly focuses
on paint and final assembly systems with a turnover of EUR 3,468 million (2015) and approximately
15,000 employees worldwide.

Datwyler

The AGVE Group has received an order for an AGV-system including three A4 FL from Datwyler in
Switzerland.

Detwiler produces sealing and packaging solutions for a wide range of industries through its facilities
around the world.

The Datwyler Group achieved sales of CHF 1.36B (EUR 1.2B) in 2018 and had more than 8000
employees operating in 50 countries around the world.

Delivery will take place during the fourth quarter of 2018

AGV system for Materials Solutions Limited of Worcester, United Kingdom

The AGVE Group has received an order for a 2 vehicle AGV system from Materials Solutions Limited of Worcester, United Kingdom.

Materials Solutions, a Siemens business, is expert in the growth industry of additive manufacturing supplying complex metal 3D printed parts to the world’s most advanced engineering companies.

Delivery will take place during the second half of 2018

Volvo cars

The AGVE Group has received an order of three A8 conveyor vehicles to extend the 16 vehicle AGV-
system for the Volvo Car Group in Sweden.

Volvo Cars is a premium car manufacturer owned by the Geely Holding Group and producing more
than 500,000 cars per year with its main factories in Sweden, Belgium and China. The group has a
turnover of SEK 125 billion and approximately 28,000 employees worldwide.

The AGV system will be part of Volvo’s material supply system.

Announcement of acquisition of AGVE AB

The shareholders of AGVE AB (hereinafter, AGVE) have entered into an agreement with Murata Machinery, Ltd. (hereinafter, Muratec) whereby Muratec will acquire all the issued stock of AGVE AB of Gothenburg Sweden, from the existing shareholders. AGVE and its fully owned subsidiaries, AGV Solutions LLC in the US and AGVE Ltd in UK, will become 100% subsidiaries of Muratec.

The combination of AGVE and Muratec’s technical resources will enable enhanced AGV solutions to be jointly developed. The products will be supplied across the world utilizing Muratec’s strength in the Asian and Japanese market and AGVE’s existing presence in the European and US markets. The new business will build on Muratec and AGVE’s long track record of innovative products and impressive growth in the AGV market.

The global market for AGVs is showing strong growth and the new business structure will enable Muratec and AGVE to make even faster progress in meeting the requirements of both global and local customers. The combined business is already a major supplier to a wide range of sectors from automotive to healthcare, and pharmaceuticals to the process industries.

Scheduled closing date for the share transfer is 28 February 2018, subject to conditions precedent prior to closing.
