Layout Definition Kit – LDK

The Layout Definition Kit (LDK) is a powerful tool for the design of an entire AGV system. It is used as a plug-in for AutoCAD via an additional AGV related menu. With LDK all ACE tables, curve shapes, and routing data are automatically generated. LDK is designed to work together with the ACE2000SDK to produce code for all available AGVE control boards. Main LDK features are:

• Guide path generation
• Curve shape generation
• Sweep region monitoring, for optimizing use of available floor space
• Station definition for load handling
• Layout Build file for traffic control generation
• Host simulation, a useful test tool
