Batterijoplossingen voor optimale prestaties
Today, we offer three battery types depending on the application and required utilization level (daytime operation, 1–3 shifts, or continuous 24/7 use):
- Loodzuur
- Lithium-ion (e.g. LiFePO₄)
- NiCd
Loodzuuraccu's worden gebruikt voor toepassingen met een gemiddelde bedrijfsbelasting, terwijl lithium-ion- en NiCd-accu's voornamelijk worden gebruikt voor extreem veeleisende toepassingen.
Batterij opladen
Om de beschikbaarheid te maximaliseren, kunnen verschillende oplaadstrategieën worden toegepast:
- Low-power charging – Recharge batteries when charge levels drop below a certain level
- Opportunity charging – Use short, frequent charging cycles during brief pauses in operation to avoid disruption
- Scheduled charging – Charge during off-peak hours or planned downtime
- Battery swapping – Replace depleted batteries manually or automatically to keep operations running continuously
