Efficient traffic management and order handling
Smoova is a web-based fleet management system designed to manage AGV traffic and orders in manufacturing and warehouse environments. The system provides real-time visibility of all vehicles, orders, and system status, enabling operators to monitor and control the AGV fleet through computers, smartphones, or tablets.
Optimized traffic and route management
By using advanced algorithms, Smoova optimizes route planning, order assignment, and traffic management to ensure efficient and reliable material flow. This helps prevent blockages and deadlocks while maximizing throughput and operational efficiency. Smoova features an automatic traffic rule generator and a deadlock escape function to ensure that AGVs move optimally, taking the shortest routes with the fewest stops while avoiding interference with other vehicles. The system is scalable and can manage installations ranging from a single AGV to fleets of up to 100 vehicles.
Real-time monitoring of AGVs and orders
The system provides an intuitive interface for monitoring AGV movements and order handling in real time via a map-based visualization of the factory or warehouse layout. The interface supports zooming, making it easy to focus on specific areas and vehicles. Operators can monitor all orders and view detailed information such as order status, order type, load ID, AGV ID, and pick-and-drop locations. For each AGV, the system displays information including current location, operational status, load ID, battery status, and destination.
System integration
Smoova can easily be integrated with external systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and PLCs. The system can also communicate with external equipment including conveyors, doors, fire alarms, and sensors. Transport orders can be initiated automatically from host systems or locally through buttons, I/O signals from for example photocells or PLCs, barcode scanners, or directly through the Smoova user interface.
Comprehensive analytical data
Customizable dashboards allow operators to analyze system performance by visualizing key operational data through charts, diagrams, and statistics. With the dynamic dashboard builder, users can filter data and create tailored visualizations to support system monitoring and performance analysis. These tools also provide valuable insights that help optimize system performance and simplify troubleshooting.
User management and customization
Smoova includes a user management system that allows administrators to assign different access levels and permissions. Authorized users can create, modify, or cancel transport orders depending on their assigned roles.
The system can be customized to display multiple views simultaneously and supports local language settings, making it adaptable to different users and operational environments.
